This event provides a wonderful opportunity both for the community and those with a movement disorder, along with their friends and families, to gather and share hope, resources and the joy of movement. All funds raised through the event directly supports the VCU Parkinson’s & Movement Disorders Center.

Packet pick-up locations
When:  4:30-7:30 p.m. Friday, April 6 
Location: VCU Health Neuroscience, Orthopaedic Wellness Center, 11958 W. Broad St., Henrico, VA 23233

When: 7:30-8:45 a.m. Saturday, April 7
Race Location: Snag-A-Job Pavilion

The flat-road course, with 1k and 5k options, winds through Innsbrook Office Park. A chipped timing system will be used to provide accurate timing of all participants completing the 5K course!

Parking is available at the race site; please arrive at least 30 minutes before race start as road closures could occur.

Race age groups
The age groups (for males and females) are: 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Special instructions
No animals, in-line skates, skateboards, bicycles, or roller blades/skates please. Headphones and strollers at your own risk. The race takes place on a public street, and cars could drive on the course during the race.

Event is rain or shine! In the event that you are unable to attend the race, your registration will be accepted as a donation to the VCU PMDC. Thank you!
